Investing.com – Germany: Stock markets ended the session higher on Thursday; The growth and, sectors contributed to this increase.
At the close in Frankfurt, the index rose 0.78%, hitting a 3-month high, while the index added 1.63%, and the index rose 0.87%.
The best performer of the index session is attributed to shares of Vonovia SE (ETR :), up 5.74% or 1.33 points for a closing price of 24.49. In the second place we find Siemens Energy AG (ETR:) which gained 4.13%, or 0.64 points, to close at 16.13. the address Covestro AG (ETR:) completed this top three position, up 3.53%, or 1.30 points, to end the session at 38.12.
Munchener Ruck AG (ETR:) was the worst performer of the session, losing 0.67%, or 2.00 points, to close at 295.80. Airbus SE Group (ETR:) is down 0.44%, or 0.50 pips, ending at 113.26. For its part, Deutsche Boerse AG (ETR:) lost 0.43%, or 0.75 points, to close at 173.40.
Goes to the best performing MDAX index LEG Immobilien AG (ETR:) which gained 6.76% at 63.52, Evotec AG (ETR:) rose 5.09% to 17.35 f Aroundtown Property Holdings PLC (ETR:) which gained 4.76%, closing at 2.62.
The worst performer was GEA Group AG (ETR:) which fell by 0.45% to 39.78 at the close. stabilus (ETR:) which lost 0.24% to 62.75 f CTS Eventim AG (ETR:), fell by 0.17%, closing at 58.60.
The best performer of TecDAX goes to Evotec AG (ETR:) which is gaining 5.09% at 17.35, Cancom AG (ETR:) rose 2.94% to 30.16 f Nagarro SE (ETR:) which gained 2.34% to close at 113.60.
The worst performers were Verbio Vereinigte Bioenergie AG (ETR:) which fell 4.68% to 78.40 at the close, Hensoldt Ag (ETR:) which lost 2.63% to 22.20 f morphosis (ETR:), fell by 2.28%, closing at 14.81.
Advances outnumbered decliners on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by 440 shares at 215 and 102 flat.
The index, which measures the implied volatility of options on the DAX, rose 0.44% to 20.50.
On the other hand, gold for December delivery rose 0.55%, or 9.65 points, to reach $1.00 an ounce. In terms of other commodities, the price of crude oil for January delivery increased by 0.19%, or 0.15 points, at $78.09 a barrel, while Brent crude for January delivery lost 0.04%, or 0.03 points, at $85.38 a barrel.
The EUR/USD pair remained unchanged, adding 0.10%, at 1.04, while the EUR/GBP was down 0.39%, at 0.86.
The US Dollar Index fell 0.22% to 105.73.
