ZURICH (Reuters) – The Swiss bank said on Thursday that Credit Suisse is offering 889 million shares to shareholders at 2.52 Swiss francs (2.56 euros) per share, confirming the conditions for its capital increase. Swiss Franc.
Credit Suisse shareholders approved on Wednesday a capital increase to finance the bank’s reorganization projects.
According to Credit Suisse, the bond issue is expected to raise approximately CHF 2.24 billion.
