The best performers of TecDAX go to Nemetschek AG (ETR:) which gained 8.07% for a share price of 47.14, Evotec AG (ETR::) which gained 3.67% to 16.51 and morphosis (ETR:) which gained 2.99% to close at 15.15.
Siemens Healthineers AG (ETR: was the worst performer, down 2.27% to 50.84 at the close, Souza SA (ETR:) which lost 1.37% to 18.73 f Team view AG (ETR:), fell by 1.19%, closing at 12.01.
Advances outnumbered decliners on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by 351 values to 301 and 106 stable.
The index, which measures the implied volatility of options on the DAX index, lost 3.45% to 20.41, a new 6-month low.
On the other hand, gold for December delivery rose 0.24%, or 4.20 points, to reach $1.00 an ounce. With regard to other commodities, the price of crude oil for delivery in January decreased by 4.36%, or 3.53 points, at $77.42 a barrel, while Brent crude for delivery in January lost 4.10%, or 3.62 points, at a price of $84.74 a barrel.
EUR/USD rose 0.57% to 1.04, while EUR/GBP fell 0.62% to 0.86.
The US Dollar Index fell 0.71% to 106.36.
