An update on the KBC share buyback program Ancora until November 18, 2022
As part of the Up to 50 Special Stock Repurchase Program Million Euros, as confirmed on May 20, 2022, KBC Ancora Reports retrieved in total 32,000 treasury shares during the period from November 14, 2022 to me November 18, 2022 included.

All trades have been executed in the central order book of Euronext Brussels.
Since the start of the share buyback program on June 10, 2022, KBC Ancora has bought back a total of 786,738 own shares, i.e. 1.00% of the total number of shares issued (i.e. 78,301,314), at an average price of €34.92 per share and for a total amount of €27,476,149. . KBC Ancora has currently implemented a 54.95% buyback program.
The share repurchase program is implemented to the extent of the share repurchase authorization granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on October 30, 2020.
