When asked what’s on her face at the moment, Kanye West’s ex-wife replies by showing the space between her eyebrows: “A little bit of botox. But I actually calmed down.” Kim K claims she’s never used injections (“fillers”) on her lips or cheekbones, or even extensions on her eyelashes.
However, the mother of North (9), Saint (6), Chicago (4) and Psalm (3) admits that her looks are particularly important. “It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day, or when you’re at school and I’m all of that. I usually do my treatments late at night. When everyone’s in bed, I do my laser treatments,” says the 41-year-old star.
“My health is more important than anything else”
Kim Kardashian, while admitting she does everything she can to look young, adds that she’s more accepting of her imperfections, particularly her hands, which she finds “wrinkled.” “I’ve lived my life and changed so many diapers with these hands and cradled my babies with these hands, so I accept them (…). You get to a point where you’re like, ‘Okay, my health is more important than anything.

Health that she certainly wouldn’t have jeopardized if she had lost weight at short notice to fit into Marilyn Monroe’s dress at the Met Gala last May. “Obviously if I were starving, and in a really unhealthy way, I would say that’s not a good example. But I had a nutritionist, I had a trainer. I’ve never drunk more water in my life. I don’t see the criticism for others when they’ve lost weight for roles – they are [considérés] like geniuses for their craft.”
