The month of June offers stargazers a rare opportunity to observe a celestial treat: five planets and the moon line up.

From the northern hemisphere, Mercury, Venus, the Moon, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn will be visible in parade before sunrise, forming a curving line.

The most perfect formation takes place on June 23-24.
