Realme C35 review: A very good budget smartphone
It is therefore a new product that we are presenting to you today. And let’s start with the entry-level cell phone Rich with the C35. We have a phone that comes in two colors namely: Luminous Green and Luminous Black. We have a screen with a diagonal of 6.6″ with definition of 2408×1080 pixels. The panel can display 16.7 million colors and has a maximum brightness of 600nits and a refresh rate of 180Hz. We are under the Android operating system. On the processor side we find a Unisoc T616. That is a Octa-core processor engraved in 12 nm with a frequency of up to 2GHz. Is assigned to the graphic part a ARM Mali G57 chip. For RAM, this phone has 4 or 6GB of LDDPR4X memory. Storage is available in 64 or 128GB with the possibility of expansion up to 1 TB. We have a battery of 5000mAh with a 18 watt fast charge.
As for the camera, the brand offers a 50 MPx sensor on the back with an aperture of f/1.8. For videos it is possible to record in 1080p at 30 IPS. The sensor on the front is of course lighter, as it is an 8 MPx sensor with an aperture of f/2.0. We have a dual SIM cell phone. Specifically, you can, for example, insert a personal main SIM and a professional one. This smartphone can operate on the following bands:
- GSM: 850/900/1800/1900MHz
- WCDMA: Band 1/5/8
- FDD-LTE: Bands 1/3/5/7/8/20/28
- TDD-LTE: Bands 38/40/41 (2496MHz-2690MHz)
We have Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity but also RF 2.4 and 5 GHz. We also have a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C jack for mobile phone charging. To conclude the presentations, the Realme C35 measures 164.4 mm in length, 75.6 mm in width and approximately 8.1 mm in thickness for a weight of approximately 189 grams.
Now let’s get to the price. This smartphone costs 219 euros on the brand’s website and 224 euros on Amazon for the 128GB version, the 64GB version costs 169 euros on Amazon. A fairly attractive price, but does performance follow? We will verify this during this test.

Packaging
Regarding the packaging, Realme offers a rectangular box of yellow color. In the middle and in fairly large letters is the model name of our phone “C35”. There is very little product information on the sides of the box. To learn more, you must return the box. In this part you can find information about the photo sensor, the thickness of the phone, the size of the plate or the battery capacity. We also have a label indicating that we are on a phone running Android. Then we have information about the characteristics of the phones, in particular the memory, which is 4 GB here, and the storage capacity is 128 GB. We also learn a little more about the bands that the smartphone can use. We also have the very important IMEI numbers and the serial number of the device.
When opening it, we first come across a yellow pocket in which we find the small tool to open the slot where the SIM card and the micro SD card are placed. Also included in this bag is the warranty booklet and a quick start guide. Below this pocket is the phone on a small cardboard support. Below we find the charger and the USB cable. Attention, there are no headphones in the package.
ergonomics
The phone is mainly made of plastic, except for the front, which has a glass covered with a protective film. On the front, at the top of the screen, we have a small notch where the camera and speaker are located.
The back is green with reflections, which gives the smartphone a really nice touch. At the top left we have the locations for the photo sensors and flash. We also have a label with the brand name. It should be noted that the location of the photo sensor is quite thick and once placed on the back the phone is not very stable. That said, it’s an “inconvenience” that we find on a large majority of smartphones.
On the sides we have the various buttons for volume, power and the slot for the SIM card. Finally we also have the jack, the USB Type-C socket and the microphone.
Let us continue.
